This blockbuster action film was the second part of famous film Wehshi Jatt (1975) which was based on the short story Gandasa by Ahmad Nadeem Qasmi. It was a technically poor film but due to some very powerful characters as Moula Jatt (Sultan Rahi), Noori Natt (Mustafa Qureshi), Daro Natni (Chakori) and Mukho Jatti (Asiya) this film celebrated diamond jubilee in Lahore and a business record through out Pakistan till it was banned by government due to too much violence.
The total cost of this film was Rs. 14,5 lakhs (1,45million), and paid tax to only Punjabi Government was 45million Rupees. This film was completed in just 86 days..!
