Rasheed Habibi was best known as Qaim Din in his famous Radio Lahore program Jamhoor Di Awas/Sohni Dharti in the 1960s/70s. His pair with Nizam Din (Mirza Sultan Baig) and Chodhary Sahib (Abdul Latif Musafir) was the most famous team from Radio Pakistan Lahore.

Rasheed Habibi was also a notable poet and his most popular Radio song was sung by Parvez Mehdi..
