Abid Ali started from Ptv drama, Jhok Sayyal in 1973 and got fame from drama seriel Waris in the late 1970s. He was seen in his first film Khak-o-Khoon in 1979 and appeared in many films as supporting artist. He died on 5 September 2019 at Lahore.
