Nurjehan

Not confusing with Madam Noor Jehan..!

Nur Jehan was a Bombay-based actress before partition. She was also a singer but not a professional singer, because it was compulsory to sing and act in those days.

Nurjehan was born in Lahore in a dancer family.

First film was a silent film Gulnar (1930) and last film was Anarkali (1953).
