Naseema Khan was a Bengali actress and appeared in many Urdu films, mainly made in Dacca, East Pakistan, now Bengladesh.
She was introduced in film Jagu Hua Savera in 1959. As heroine, her first Urdu film was Nach Ghar in 1963. She got fame from Lahore made film Neyi Laila Neya Majnu in 1969, followed by her own produced film Geet Kahin Sangeet Kahin (1969). She was seen in only four Lahore-made films before The Fall of Dacca, other two films were Aansoo Ban Gey Moti (1970) and Road To Swat (1971).
