Farooq Qaiser

Farooq Qaiser was a renowned TV-artist and a puppeteer, who created the legendary satire puppet character Uncle Sargam in a TV serial Kaliyan in 1976. He was also director, actor and journalist.

Farooq Qaiser was born in 1945 and died on May 14, 2021 in Islamabad.
