Chakram was a typical extra actor who appeared in many hundreds films but without any significant role. Meri Zindagi Hay Naghma was maybe the only film with some better role. Even his name was mentioned on full screen in film Yaaran Naal Baharan in 1967, his role was not important. His first released film was Watan Ka Sipahi in 1966 and he died on Friday, 11th May 2018 at Karachi.
